BCC integration allows you to track your emails sent from Growbots in your CRM.

We do not recommend using the BCC feature for integrating with Salesforce. Instead, use Email Tracking, a part of our Salesforce integration.

When you add a BCC email address, a copy is sent to your CRM for every email you send to your prospects. Modern CRMs offer a secret BCC address that you can utilize. Most of them will match the recipient’s email address to the lead in your system and add the messages received. Usually, if there is no lead matching the email address, they create a new lead.

To set up Bcc integration:

  1. Go to your CRM and obtain the BCC email address.
  2. Go to the Settings on the navi-bar to the left and proceed to the Integrations tab.
  3. Click BCC in the CRM section.
  4. Paste in the address you received from your CRM and confirm by clicking Add.

 

 

That’s it! Once set up, the BCC will show up in the CRM section of the Integrations tab.

Some CRMs require you to add the email address to their system in order to accept emails from it. Make sure that all the addresses that you use to send campaigns from are added to the list.
