Reports

Testing is a vital part of cold mailing. That is why it is important to analyze results and draw conclusions in order to improve your campaigns. You can go to the Reports section to compare the results of your various projects and cadences.

How to read our reports

Check the top of the Reports section for an overview of the data from all of your projects or cadences:

Make sure you know how to read the metrics so that you fully understand your results.
#Active Prospects

The number of prospects within a project or cadence who either received a message, opened one, or replied to a message during the selected period.

#Opened

The number of prospects, within a project or cadence, who opened any message during the selected period and the ratio of prospects who opened your messages, to all active prospects within a project or cadence

#Clicked

The number of prospects, within a project or cadence, who clicked on any link in any message during the selected period and the ratio of prospects who clicked, to all active prospects within a project or cadence. Unsubscribe links are not counted within this metric.

Click tracking is a feature that needs to be switched on by the admin of the organization. Just click on the box in Reports or go to Your organization to do that. The number of clicks will be tracked from this moment.

#Replied

The number of prospects, within a project or cadence, who replied to any message during the selected period and the ratio of prospects who replied, to all active prospects within a project or cadence. Out of office messages and bounced emails are not taken into account.

#Warm Leads

The number of prospects, within a project or cadence, whose responses were qualified as positive or neutral by the algorithms prepared by our Data Science team and the ratio of prospects marked as a warm lead, to the number of all active prospects within a project or cadence.

Timeframe

Applying time span

Growbots updates your results once a day. You can select  the period that you want to see reports for. By default, you will always see reports from the first day of your account up to the previous day. When you move from the Projects view to the Cadences view, the period will remain the same so you can easily compare results of specific projects and cadences.

Sorting

Sorting reports
You can sort your projects and cadences by different parameters such as name, open rate or number of opportunities. The order can be either descending or ascending. If you’re looking for a specific project or cadence, just type the name.

Exporting to CSV

If you need to export your data, you can do it by clicking the Export button. The data will be exported according to the filters used in the options above.

The Reports feature gives you the opportunity to A/B test different targets and messages. You can create different projects targeted at different industries or decision-makers, or use cadences with different subjects for two projects with the same target. This means you can compare their performance and improve your outbound sales.
