Browsing prospects

The default Search view shows you all the accepted prospects from all the projects in your organization.

Search view

The main view gives you access to all the basic information about any given prospect as well as the basic details of their current campaign. You can also access the prospect’s Details view from here, by clicking on the prospect.

When refreshing the view (applying any filter or search query will refresh the view) only a limited number of prospects is shown initially. More prospects will be loaded, however, as you scroll down the list.
The progress bar at the very bottom of the page shows you how far down the list you’ve gone and how many more prospects there are.

Sorting prospects

You can sort the prospect list by the prospect’s name, their current status, or the date of their last activity.

The prospect’s last activity refers to any event that happened in their campaign, including a message being sent or received, opening your message, or clicking the unsubscribe link.

Filtering prospects

You can filter the list so that only the prospects matching your criteria are shown.
You can filter the prospects by:

  1. the project they are in,
  2. the cadence used in their campaign,
  3. the email channel used in their campaign.
  4. the prospect’s status,
  5. the date of the last or the next activity in the prospect’s current campaign.

The prospect’s last activity refers to any event that happened in the campaign, including a message being sent or received, opening your message, or clicking the unsubscribe link.

You can use multiple filters simultaneously to narrow down the list even further.

Searching for prospects

The search field allows you to find a prospect matching your query. This works in combination with the filters, so you can search for a prospect and then narrow the results down using filters.
You can search for a prospect using the email address, first name, last name, job position, or the name of the company they work at.

Hint: When you have a lot of prospects in your account, searching may take some time. You can make the process faster by applying filters. This will effectively narrow down the list of prospects and make the search work much faster.
E.g. if you’re looking for a particular prospect that replied to your communication, apply the Activity filter, to only see prospects active within the last week and the Status filter, so that only prospects with a New reply are shown.

Managing prospects and campaigns

Once you’ve found the prospects you were looking for, you can manage them and their campaigns. For example, you can pause a campaign that is In progress and you can resume a campaign that is paused. You can do that both for individual prospects as well as groups of prospects.

Learn more about it in the article on Managing campaigns.

Exporting prospects

Search view offers the extended export feature. It allows you to export the information on your prospects, including not only their first name, last name, position and company name but also the vertical they’re in or whether they were imported or generated with Growbots. On top of that, you’ll get information on your prospect’s current or most recent campaigns, like the cadence name, current campaign status, and whether they opened your emails or not.

Learn more about it in the article on Exporting prospects.
